Direct Bookings* received without any O.T.A.s involved (online travel agencies), received online, by e-mail, by whatsapp, or by phone calls. After your pre – reservation request (online, by e-mail, by whatsapp, or by phone), in order to confirm your booking, you will be required a 20% avanced payment on the total of booking by our secure online payment provider; Tab. As soon as your payment is made, you will receive an instant email with the receipt of payment, and your booking confirmation automatically will become closed and confirmed. Secure Online Card Payment by Tab. income period : Within the folowing week (7 days) after pre-booking. Please inquire if you need for longer terms. Balance of full booking can be paid on departure date (check out). Cash and the following cards will be accepted :Visa Debit / Delta ,Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch ,Mastercard. Paying with card extra  3% charge. Checks will not be accepted. CANCELLATIONS POLICY : The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival and the full deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival date (check in date). If the booking is canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival date (check  in date), a charge equivalent to 20 % of the booking will be charge and will not be any refund. In case of no show or reduction of reserves (after arrival) will not be any refund. We use Tab. to process card payments, because with Tab. our customers can confirm their reservation by paying in their own currency.  By charging the customer directly in their home currency, Tab. turns their payment into a ‘local’ transaction – so customers don’t pay any international transaction fees to their bank (usually 2-5% for a card payment, and 3-7% for ATM withdrawal, plus a fixed rate fee of between $0.50 and $5.00, plus currency conversion fees). Instead, customers pay Tab. a 4% fee. The customer will see the total payment amount in their home currency before making the payment.  Tab. will send a receipt by email to the customer when the transaction is successful.
